FAQs

What wording changes were made to the term “project” in the TOR?

The amendments add an “/s” so “project” reads “project/s” in multiple referenced sections. These updates appear in page 6 paragraph 6.3 and page 7 paragraph 6.14.

How did the pricing requirement change?

The TOR replaces “ceiling price” with “total price for year one (1).” This replacement is reflected both in specific evaluation/scoring sheet updates and communicated in the briefing session.

How were the evaluation criteria and point scales revised (e.g., LED, project plan, and risk management)?

Zero-point criteria were removed and scales were revised across sections. LED was adjusted to a structured scale by categories (Designated groups, SMMEs, and Local communities), while project plan and risk management were revised to specific maximum scales with added process-related expectations.
