She also questioned whetherteachers were adequately trainedfor these responsibilities,andwhether the current system in-cluded mechanisms for monitor-ing or oversight. "The commission believes thatthe current mechanisms in placeare insufficient and calls for ur-gent and coordinated action fromall stakeholders,especially theEducation Ministry,"she said.
