This document, titled 'Square-Which Animals Do You Like?', is an engaging children's story written by Alison Gee and Richard Jones, with illustrations by Mirjam Blokland. It is part of the Bloom book layout by SIL-PNG Education for Life and is also available as a 'Talking Book' that can be read and listened to on phones and tablets via the 'Talking Books' app. The story introduces two children, Anna and Ben, and their families. Anna lives with her mama, papa, and brother Jack in the Eastern Highlands, where they have pigs, hens, and dogs, and they like their animals. The narrative then asks the reader, 'Which animals do you like?'. Ben resides with his bubu and sister Jess in East Sepik Province, continuing the theme of family and animal presence in daily life. The book is designed to be interactive and accessible, promoting literacy and engagement through both traditional reading and digital 'Talking Book' formats, making it suitable for young readers in Papua New Guinea and beyond.
