FAQs

What signal inputs and excitation voltage does the SENSOTEC Model GM support?

It accepts strain-gage transducer inputs in the range of 0.5 to 50 mV/V and provides selectable 5- or 10-volt excitation. The manual also references checking or changing the factory excitation setting.

How are span and zero adjustments performed on the unit?

The manual provides adjustments for coarse span, fine span, coarse zero, fine zero, and scaling. Fine zero and fine span can be adjusted from the front panel without removing the front bezel.

What options are available for the Model GM, and are they installable together?

Optional Dual Limits, Peak Detector, and Track-and-Hold are supported. Due to space constraints, only one option can be installed on a particular unit.
