FAQs

What operating mode does the burner manual describe?

The manual describes forced draught gas burners with progressive two-stage operation (high and low flame), and it also references single-stage (all-nothing) operation depending on configuration.

Which topics are included under installation?

Installation covers boiler plate and blast tube length, securing the burner, setting the combustion head, gas line connections, electrical system wiring, and adjustments before firing.

How are burner settings and faults handled according to the manual?

Burner calibration includes stage outputs and checks such as air pressure switch, minimum gas pressure switch, and flame-present verification. It provides burner start-up cycle diagnostics and a fault table with probable causes and suggested remedies.
