RBT Assessor Evaluation and Log - Competency Assessment Log

Sep 20, 2026

The RBT Assessor Evaluation and Log is a formal tracking document used by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) professionals to document and verify the competency assessments of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and applicants. The log includes dedicated sections for capturing the credentials of the responsible assessor, such as certification numbers and training completion dates, alongside a comprehensive tracking table for RBT candidates. This table records critical compliance data, including the completion dates for 40-hour training, assessment verification, and confirmation that assessors meet professional independence requirements, such as ensuring no conflicts of interest exist with the applicant. This document serves as an essential compliance record for professional certification management and training verification in behavior analysis.
