This historic publication, issued by the Foreign Languages Press in Peking in 1960, serves as a significant commemorative work marking the 90th anniversary of Vladimir Lenin's birth. The document focuses on the core Marxist-Leninist doctrines of the proletarian revolution and the necessity of the proletarian dictatorship in the context of global class struggle. By emphasizing the ideological imperative that workers of all countries must unite, the text provides an authoritative analysis of state power and socialist transformation, reflecting the political discourse prevalent during the mid-20th century. As an official edition printed in the People's Republic of China, it documents the dissemination of revolutionary theory designed to guide international communist movements. The content is scholarly yet programmatic, intended to reinforce the foundations of revolutionary governance, the rejection of bourgeois parliamentarianism, and the historical inevitability of the working class assuming political leadership. It stands as a vital primary source for understanding the ideological alignment and theoretical tenets of Marxist thought during the 1960s.
