FAQs

What vehicles and transmissions are compatible with the 30-3519 AEM Infinity Adapter Kit?

It is designed for the 1993–1998 Toyota Supra MKIV Twin Turbo with 2JZ-GTE, manual transmission only. It replaces the factory ECU and supports a standalone Infinity system.

How do I set up Infinity EMS firmware and software after receiving the kit?

Read and acknowledge the Usage Legality Disclaimer, then use the Infinity Quick Start Guide to download the Infinity Tuner software. Register the EMS online to download the latest firmware, then connect the Infinity with Infinity Tuner to update firmware, and follow the installation section for getting the engine ready for tuning.

Which fueling control and sensors does the Infinity use for this application?

It uses speed density fueling with the stock Supra MAP, IAT, and CLT sensors. The factory MAF is not supported and can be removed, but if the MAF is removed, a separate IAT sensor must be wired in. The stock MAP wiring should be used even if replacing the MAP sensor with a higher-reading aftermarket unit.
