Year 13 and Foundation Group Parents/Carers-Reminder to book your appointment for the above parents evening, taking place next Wednesday. As well as meeting with your young person's teachers, we will also have a number of University and Apprenticeship providers coming in to provide information. Congratulations to all students who put in their UCAS applications (88 in total!) in time for the deadline. We will now continue to support students with interview preparation, information on Apprenticeships and other routes and options available to support them in their next steps. | | Year 12-Key Dates for early university admissions/test | | | | Chemistry in UK universities. For Oxford and Cambridge, Chemistry applicants usually take the TSA (Thinking Skills Assessment) or subject-specific written assessments set by the university, but there’s no national standardized test like UCAT or LNAT for Chemistry. For | | Biology, similar to Chemistry, there’s no national admissions test specifically for Biology. For Oxford and Cambridge, Biology applicants usually take the TSA or a college-set written assessment, and sometimes the Natural Sciences Admissions Assessment (NSAA) for Cambridge Natural Sciences courses.
