FAQs

What is the key safety message for operating these lawn and garden units?

Power equipment is only as safe as the operator. Misuse or improper maintenance can be dangerous, so operators must use common sense and follow the manual’s safety rules before and during operation.

How should the operator handle children near the mowing area?

Do not allow children near the area of operation. Never assume children will stay where they were last seen, and ensure another responsible adult watches them if there is any risk they may enter the mowing area. Do not give children rides on the unit.

Which major maintenance areas are included in this manual?

Regular maintenance covers items such as tire pressure checks, fuel and fuel filtering, oil and filter changes, air filter servicing, spark plug replacement, lubrication, battery cleaning and charging, mower blade servicing, and belt replacement.
