Real-life situations that require decision-making skills are incorporated into learning modules and study tools to help students better understand, apply, and engage with the behavioral competencies and HR knowledge on the SHRM-CP exam. Module content includes the SHRM HR Competencies, HR Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Structure of the HR Function, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Workforce Management, Employee and Labor Relations, Technology Management, HR in the Global Context, Diversity & Inclusion, Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and U.S. Employment Law. | | Learning Objectives | • Assess your current HR knowledge and identify areas for improvement.
