Oct 6, 2026

Rules version 1.0 (December 2019) for the Munchkin Cthulhu expansion “Sanity Check.” The text frames sanity as a perspective of the “least sane” judging others, then introduces the Madness mechanic: Madness works like Curses that remain until cured by a Sudden Head Blow or another card.
