This thesis investigates multimodal pain management and fixation strategies in total knee arthroplasty to improve postoperative outcomes and patient recovery. It evaluates peripheral nerve block approaches within multimodal regimens, comparing single-injection versus continuous sciatic nerve block added to continuous femoral nerve block. Long-term pain and functional disability are assessed in randomized controlled follow-ups.
