Montgomery County building regulations outline residential drawing standards for decks, covered porches, and screened porches, including a permit success checklist. The checklist specifies how to submit zoning certification when required and to provide two sets of construction documents. It requires readable, scaled drawings, with every sheet including the owner’s name and project address, the drafter’s name and contact information, and the date. It also details revision markings and provides drawing checklist items covering site plans, foundation plans, floor and framing plans, exterior elevations, and required inspections.
