FAQs

What safety instructions must be followed before using Mojo 2?

Mojo 2 must not contact water or other liquids, and cleaning products should not be sprayed onto it. Use a clean micro-fibre cloth, read the included safety document, and never open the device since that voids the warranty.

How do you register Mojo 2 and what does registration help with?

Register your Mojo 2 via the Chord Electronics website. Registration helps provide the best possible after-sales support, and in case of a claim you should contact the supplying dealer.

How is battery status indicated on Mojo 2?

When connected to power, the charge status LED pulses and displays battery charge status by color, and the same indicator is shown during battery operation. A blue LED means maximum capacity range is reached, and a purple light indicates intelligent desktop mode to protect against overcharging.
