Philippines-Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) IFC Management Report and Management Action Plan in Response to CAO Investigation Report 2. The Board of Directors considered the report entitled Philippines-Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) CAO Investigation Report” and “IFC Management Report and Management Action Plan in Response to CAO Investigation Report” and approved the Management Action Plan contained in Annex A of the Report. CAO’s investigation report, the Management Report, and the Management Action Plan will be published on CAO’s website. In addition, it was agreed that Management will return to the Board for a meeting within 9 months to provide an update on progress and, if needed, propose adjustments to the Management Action Plan. The Executive Directors approved on April 4, 2022 a grant from the Trust Fund for Gaza and West Bank to the Palestine Liberation Organization (for the Benefit of the Palestinian Authority) in the amount of US $8 million for a Public Financial Management Improvement Project Phase 2 on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2022- 0049[IDA/R2022-0087], dated March 16, 2022) . Kiribati – Grant-Kiribati Health Systems Strengthening Project 2. The Executive Directors approved on April 4, 2022 a grant in the amount of SDR10.1 million (US$14 million equivalent) to Kiribati for a Kiribati Health Systems Strengthening Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0086, dated March 16, 2022) . Bosnia and Herzegovina – Loan-Agriculture Resilience and Competitiveness Project 3. The Executive Directors approved on April 7, 2022 a loan in the amount of EUR 61.4 million (US$68 .5 million equivalent) to Bosnia and Herzegovina for an Agriculture Resilience and Competitiveness Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2022-0052, dated March 21, 2022) .
