The Executive Directors discussed the joint IBRD/IFC/MIGA Country Partnership Framework for Tunisia for the period FY23-FY27 (R2023-0031[IFC/R2023-0041, MIGA/R2023-0019]; 1-3, dated February 27, 2023, March 6, 2023, May 17, 2023 and May 23, 2023, respectively) . Farewell to Alternate Executive Director 3. The Chair made the customary presentation to Ms. Sharon Almanza, Alternate Executive Director (Philippines), on the expiration of her terms of service and tendered her good wishes for the future. The Executive Directors recorded their appreciation. Adjournment 4. The meeting adjourned 12:20 p.m. The following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between June 9, 2023 and June 15, 2023 THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF IBRD AND IDA Democratic Republic of Congo – Credit – Water Supply and Sanitation Access Program (PASEA) Project as Phase 1 of the Multiphase Programmatic Approach 1. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 a credit in the amount of US$400 million to Democratic Republic of Congo for the Water Supply and Sanitation Access Program (PASEA) Project as Phase 1 of the Multiphase Programmatic Approach on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2023-0132, dated May 22, 2023) . Ms. Chang wished to be recorded as objecting. Nigeria – Additional Financing– Power Sector Recovery Performance Based Operation 2. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 an additional loan in the amount of US$449.0 million and additional credit in the amount of SDR 229.0 million (US$301.0 million equivalent) to Nigeria for the Power Sector Recovery Performance Based Operation on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2023-0133[IDA/R2023-0129], dated May 22, 2023) . Zambia – Credit – Green, Resilient and Transformational Tourism Development Project 3. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 a credit from the IDA Scale-up Window Shorter Maturity Loans (SUW-SMLs) in the amount of US$100 million to Zambia for the Green, Resilient and Transformational Tourism Development Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2023-0131, dated May 22, 2023) . Ecuador – Loan – Ecuador Emergency Resilient Reconstruction Project 4. The Executive Directors approved on June 9, 2023 a loan in the amount of US$150 million to Ecuador for the Ecuador Emergency Resilient Reconstruction Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2023-0148, dated May 31, 2023) .
