The Executive Directors ofthe Bank and IDA approved on February 3, 2023 the minutes of the meeting held on January 25, 2023 in Restricted Executive Session (XM2023-0001 [IDA/XM2023-0001], dated January 27, 2023) . Tunisia-Loan-Support to Small and Medium Enterprises for Economic Recovery Project 2. The Executive Directors approved on February 6, 2023 a credit in the amount of EUR115.9 million (US$120 million equivalent) to Tunisia for a Support to Small and Medium Enterprises for Economic Recovery Project on terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2023-0007, dated January 18, 2023) . Haiti-Additional Grant-Haiti Emergency Resilient Agriculture for Food Security Project 3. The Executive Directors approved on February 6, 2023 an additional grant in the amount of SDR 37.6 million (US$50 million equivalent) to Haiti for the Haiti Emergency Resilient Agriculture for Food Security Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2023-0005, dated January 26, 2023) . ****************************************************************************** THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF IFC Colombia-Investment in Banco de Bogotá S.A. for the DCM B Bogota Project 4. The Board of Directors approved on February 3, 2023 an investment in ColombiaBanco de Bogotá S.A. for the DCM B Bogota Project (IFC/R2023-0015, dated January 24, 2023) consisting of the subscription of subordinated sustainable debt securities in an amount of up to US$75 million to be issued by Banco de Bogotá S.A., including the disposal of all or part of these debt securities in the secondary market at a time and at a price to be determined by IFC’s management. In addition, the Project will benefit from a Performance-Based Incentive (PBI) of up to US$1.875 million to be provided by IFC as implementing entity of the UK Market Accelerator for Green Construction (MAGC) Program to support the Bank’s borrowers, both recipients of green mortgages and residential developers, to achieve EDGE Advanced certification.
