The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2022-0096;/2;/3, dated March 22, 2022, March 31, 2022, and April 4, 2022, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 215.1million (US$300 million equivalent) for the Response – Recovery – Resilience for Conflict-Affected Communities in Ethiopia Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Adjournment 3. The meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m. The following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between April 8, 2022 and April 12, 2022 THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF IBRD AND IDA Cabo Verde – Credit-Cabo Verde Human Capital Project 1. The Executive Directors approved on April 11, 2022 a credit in the amount of SDR 18.7 million (US$26.0 million equivalent) to Cabo Verde for the Cabo Verde Human Capital Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0098, dated March 23, 2022) . West Bank and Gaza – Grant-Phase 2 Advancing Sustainability in Performance, Infrastructure, and Reliability of the Energy Sector in the West Bank and Gaza 2. The Executive Directors approved on April 11, 2022 a grant in the amount of US$15 million from the Trust Fund for Gaza and West Bank to the Palestine Liberation Organization (for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority, PA) for the Phase 2 Advancing Sustainability in Performance, Infrastructure, and Reliability of the Energy Sector on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2022-0054[IDA/R2022-0097], dated March 23, 2022) . Ms. Chang wished to be recorded as objecting. Additions to Resources: Twentieth Replenishment (Adoption of Resolution and Record of Voting) 3.
