The meeting adjourned at 11:23 a.m. The following item(s) have been approved on an absence-of-objection basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between February 14, 2024 and February 15, 2024 THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF THE BANK AND IDA Lebanon – Loan-Fiscal Management Project 1. The Executive Directors approved on February 14, 2024 a loan in the amount of US$28 .5 million to Lebanon for a Fiscal Management Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2024-0010, dated January 26, 2024) . Ms. Chang wished to be recorded as objecting. Adjustments to IDA20 2. The Executive Directors approved on February 14, 2024 the recommendation contained in paragraph 5 of the Memorandum of the President entitled “Adjustments to IDA20” (IDA/R2024-0010/1-3, dated January 23, 2024, February 5, 2024, February 6, 2024 and February 9, 2024, respectively) .
