The meeting adjourned at 11:31 a.m. Official Use Only The following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between May 16, 2025 and May 22, 2025 THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF IBRD AND IDA Somalia – Additional Grant-Somalia Urban Resilience Project-Phase II 1. The Executive Directors approved on May 16, 2025 a fourth additional grant in the amount of SDR 18.9 million (US$25 million equivalent) to Somalia for the Somalia Urban Resilience Project-Phase II on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2025-0112, dated April 29, 2025) . Mr. Wisner wished to be recorded as abstaining. Brazil – Loan-BR Promoting Fiscal Management and Private Sector in the State of Pernambuco Development Policy Loan 2. The Executive Directors approved on May 16, 2025 a loan in the amount of US$275 million to Brazil for a BR Promoting Fiscal Management and Private Sector in the State of Pernambuco Development Policy Loan on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2025-0089, dated April 25, 2025) . Ms. Ye and Mr. Wisner wished to be recorded as abstaining. Niger – Credit and Grant-Southern Niger Connectivity and Integration Project 3. The Executive Directors approved on May 19, 2025 a credit in the amount of EUR 351.3 million (US$380 million equivalent), of which EUR 18.5 million (US$20 million equivalent) is from the Window for Host Communities and Refugees (WHR), and a grant in the amount of SDR 15.1 million (US$20 million equivalent) from WHR to Niger for a Southern Niger Connectivity and Integration Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2025-0116, dated April 30, 2025) . Mr. Buisse wished to be recorded as objecting. Mr. Wisner wished to be recorded as abstaining. Benin – Credit-Grand Nokoué Sustainable Urban Mobility Project (GN-SUMP) 4. The Executive Directors approved on May 20, 2025 a credit in the amount of EUR 192.4 million (US$200.0 million equivalent) to Benin for a Grand Nokoué Sustainable Urban Mobility Project (GN-SUMP) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2025-0121, dated May 1, 2025) .
