The Board of Directors ofIFC discussed a President’s Memorandum and Report (IFC/R2022-0027, dated February 4, 2022) and approved an IFC investment in the form of an A Loan to Dhivehi Raajjeyge Gulhun Private Limited of up to US$35 million and adopted Resolution No. IFC2022-0006 . Adjournment 3. The meeting adjourned at 12:03 p.m. The following item(s) have been approved on an Absence-of-Objection Basis or have been authorized to proceed on a streamlined basis between February 16, 2022 and February 17, 2022 THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF THE BANK AND IDA Uzbekistan – Credit-Strengthening the Statistical System of Uzbekistan Project 1. The Executive Directors approved on February 16, 2022 a credit in the amount of US$50 million to Uzbekistan for the Strengthening the Statistical System of Uzbekistan Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0015, dated January 28, 2022) . Peru – Loan-Strengthening Peru's National Science, Technology and Innovation System 2. The Executive Directors approved on February 17, 2022 a loan in the amount of US$100 million to Peru for the Strengthening Peru’s National Science, Technology and Innovation System Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2022- 0004, dated January 31, 2022) .
