The Board of Directors ofIFC discussed the President’s Memorandum and a Report and approved an investment comprising: (i) an “A” loan of up to US$21 million by IFC for its own account; and (ii) a subordinated loan of up to US$14 million as Implementing Entity of the Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP) in Tanveer Food Limited for a tenor of up to 8 years (IFC/R2022-0406, dated December 22, 2022) . The Board of Directors ofIFC adopted Resolution No. IFC2023-0002 . Adjournment 3.
