A hommage to one of the great exponents of European comic strip, this exhibition displays the exceptional richness of Manara’s œuvre with its combination of sensuality, poetry and exquisite craftsmanship. Plates taken from Le Singe, Les Aventures de Giuseppe Bergman , Le Déclic, Le Parfum de l’invisible, L’Été indien and Les Borgia offer visitors an opportunity to study the evolution of an artist who has created a style across the decades that is unmistakeably his own.
