FAQs

What is rinse aid used for in the dishwasher?

Rinse aid prevents spotting on dishes and glassware. It is filled in the reservoir and automatically dosed during the wash cycle.

How do I add rinse aid and avoid damaging the reservoir?

Press the button in the arrow direction until the flap springs open, then pour rinse aid until visible on the screen surface, and press to click shut. Do not use detergent in the rinse aid reservoir; use only rinse aid formulated for residential dishwashers.

How can the rinse aid dosage be adjusted?

The dosage selector is preset to 3 ml per program and can be adjusted from 1 to 6. Use a higher setting if spots appear on dry glassware, and a lower setting if streaking appears on dishes or glasses.
