Our goal at Whipple Ranch Elementary is to provide the best education possible and prepare your child for the years ahead. The Superintendent shall implement procedures by which students, parents/legal guardians, and employees may ﬁle a formal grievance and shall ensure that students, parents or guardians, and employees have received notice of such grievance procedures. Procedures shall include the following elements: ● Designation of an employee of the District as Compliance Ofﬁcer. ● A timeline for investigations that provides for prompt resolution of complaints. ● Appropriate due process standards that provide for equitable resolution of complaints. ● The Superintendent may develop separate grievance procedures and designate a separate Compliance Ofﬁcer for grievances covered by this policy. ● The District shall not retaliate against any person who reports discrimination or harassment as set forth in this policy or participates in an investigation or proceeding regarding the same.
