Management 3.0 presents principles for leading agile software development by shifting from traditional hierarchical approaches toward agile management and leadership. The book frames why organizational realities are inherently complex, introducing concepts like causality, complexity, and reductionism. It then connects agile practices to broader perspectives such as complex systems theory and information-innovation systems, culminating in a model intended to guide reflection and action. Includes forewords, acknowledgments, preface, and an indexed contents structure.
