Synthesis policy note on Maghreb policy engagement for building resilient and inclusive agrifood systems, prepared by a World Bank team. It also advances inclusiveness through value-chain measures, cooperative and service financing, data gaps on agrifood employment, and realignment of public incentives toward green growth, quality jobs, and improved evidence.
