Harold guides 6–7 year olds through activity-based lessons on healthy living, designed as a reference book for primary school. Parents are positioned as the child’s first teachers, shaping lasting behaviour patterns for the future. Learning is reinforced with games, puzzles, colouring, food-group sorting, and reflection prompts about friendship, feelings, and body care. The content connects nutrition (protein, vitamins, energy) and the body (muscles, skeleton) to enjoyable hands-on practice, supported by Life Education Centres’ drug prevention programmes.
