FAQs

What does the manual stress about safe operation of the equipment?

It emphasizes that overall safety increases with proper installation and thoughtful operation by the operator. It instructs users not to install, operate, or repair without reading the manual and safety precautions throughout.

How should shipment damage claims be handled?

Title passes to the purchaser upon receipt by the carrier, so claims for material damaged in shipment must be made by the purchaser against the transportation company when the shipment is received.

What precautions are recommended regarding electric and magnetic fields (EMF) for welding?

The manual warns that electric and magnetic fields may be dangerous and may interfere with some pacemakers. It instructs welders with pacemakers to consult a physician and follow procedures to minimize exposure, such as routing cables together and not coiling electrode leads around the body.
