FAQs

What safe-handling instructions are included for PCBs?

The manual includes a dedicated section on handling the PCBs as part of the installation and preparation guidance before system wiring and programming steps.

Which wiring topics are covered in the First Fix section?

First-fix guidance covers recommended cable types and their limits, mains wiring recommendations, detector and sounder circuit wiring diagrams, auxiliary output wiring using voltage-free changeover contacts, and extra relays.

How does the manual guide sounder activation delay and zone testing?

It explains how to decide whether to use a delay, how to set it, key wiring considerations, and how to indicate and override delay. For zones, it covers programming zones as disabled and identifying disabled zones during multiple events, then provides zone test rationale and how to programme a zone in test.
