In Search of the Saveopotomas is a children's book written by Stephen Cosgrove and illustrated by Robin James, originally copyrighted in 1974. The narrative transports readers to a prehistoric era millions of years ago, a time before modern animals existed, when the world was populated by various dinosaurs. The story introduces the reader to a world of play and exploration, while contrasting the joyful nature of most creatures with the anxious and solitary life of the Hoardasaurus, a dinosaur who finds no enjoyment in his environment, constantly fretting over his circumstances. This classic tale serves as a charming exploration of character and perspective within a whimsical, prehistoric setting. It is a work that captures the imaginative spirit of early children's literature, focusing on themes of happiness and the contrast between those who enjoy life and those who struggle to find contentment.
