This document outlines the process for cancelling an exam appointment, specifically focusing on GED tests. To successfully cancel an exam and retain the exam fee, the cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam date and time. The procedure involves navigating to www.ged.com, logging into the student account, and locating the appointment on the homepage. From there, the user needs to click on the 'Cancel' option, followed by the 'Confirm Cancellation' tab. A successful cancellation will result in the appointment no longer appearing on the GED.com homepage. The document also provides information regarding refunds, stating that it typically takes 8-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on the credit card. It is important to note that the exact refunded amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. The visual aids provided illustrate the cancellation interface, including appointment details such as the exam name (GED Intl GED Test - Reasoning Through Language Arts), date (Wednesday, August 4, 2021), start time (9:00 AM CAT), and location (BBC Braamfontein).
