The greatstride, this prideful action is the openingof the Institute of Social Sciences of PDPACentral Committee which undertakes theteaching and propagation of philosophy, economies and scientific socialism inwhich vast researches and studies will bemade. The Saur Revolution transferred po-litical power from the oppressive exploitersto the working class, represented by thePDPA pioneer of the working class of thecountry and placed Afghanistan in thetransition period from feudalism to a so-ciety void of exploitation of man by man.The consolidation of the workers regimeand the safeguarding of products of wor-kers revolution require the heros of revolu- tion and brave sons of the toiling people tobe equipped with the ideology of the wor-king class.Lenin has said,"In order to re-new the state machine we ourselves should,at any cost, begin first to learn, second tolearn and third to learn and then we shouldsee to it that learning is not a dead word orremain as an expression of luxury.Wemust admit most frankly that this happensmany times.Learning must become partof our being,it should really and comple-tely become part of the combination of oursocial life”. It is with the complete faith in theprinciple of need to learn that today weopen this prideful institute to better equipthe brave members of PDPA with the epo-ch-making ideology of working class.Byfollowing the programme of this scientificinstitute our honest comrades will be ableto better understand their society, the peo-ple,the history and the historical natureof the revolution. Here we too are going tobegin to learn more regularly and system-atically and to make part of our personalityall our learning on the basis of the richexperiences of fraternal parties,on top ofthem the party of the Great Lenin andto arrange our social life in the light of it. We believe that to reach to the stage ofhaving a society void of exploitation ofman by man, toward the development of aclassless society is in the words of Lenin,"Unimaginable without an iron-strong par-ty experienced in struggles with a partysupported by all the elements of a definiteclass, without a party capable to watch andto influence the masses." We decided that our party should growand develop at possible speed toward thisgoal and that is why we established thisscientific institute. Great Lenin says, "Marxism trainsthe vanguard of proletariate who has theability to take the power of leading allpeople toward socialism,to guide and to ma-nage the new systems, and to be
