Freedom's Facts addresses communist activities and influence in college campuses and internationally, arguing that U.S. communist groups exploit unrest, undermine moral and social order, and expand through networks and programs. It discusses Chinese resettlement in Tibet as colonial domination, then claims Moscow has a new strategy for global rule, citing limits on U.S. capacity to support developing countries and an inability to police revolutionary upheavals. The publication proposes counter actions through education, increased food production, and preparation to resist infiltration, agitation, and subversion.

COMMUNISTS SET STRATEGY FOR CENTRAL AMERICA

Freedom's Facts # A PUBLICATION OF THE ALL-AMERICAN CONFERENCE TO COMBAT COMMUNISM1028 CONNECTICUT AVENUE,N.W.,WASHINGTON,D.C.20036 VOL.14,NO.2 # Our Answer To REDS ON CAMPUS FBI Director J.Edgar Hoover recently reported that U.S.Communists are exploiting the“insurrectionary”climate onAmerican college campuses to serve Moscow's aims. On many campuses,Mr.Hoover said, there is“a turbu-lence built on unrestrained individualism, repulsive dress andspeech, outright obscenity, disdain for moral and spiritual val-ues,and disrespect for law and order." The Communist Party,he added,is taking advantage ofthis climate by means of its “much publicized college speak-ing program and the campus-oriented Communist W.E.B.Du-blois Clubs of America." Mr.Hoover suggested that citizens throw their supportbehind the millions of students who do not swallow the Com-munist bait. A second suggestion, which Freedom's Facts makes, isto get behind the All American Conference's Education aboutCommunism through Refugees speakers program for collegesand high schools.Write to the All American Conference,1028Connecticut Avenue,N.W.,Washington,D.C.,20036 todayfor details. # THE NEW COLONIALISTS Millions of Chinese colonizers are being settled in Tibetalong the Tibet-Indian border. They form a“Chinese wall”to cut rebellious Tibet off from any possible outside aid. The Tibetians who are being replaced in this massiveresettlement drive are being permitted to flee to already over-crowded IndiaThey report that during the past six years about8000 square miles have been seized by the colonizers. The total number of Chinese colonizers is said to rangebetween five and six million, mostly young farmers, happy toescape from their crowded native provinces in Mainland China. This report underscores the fact that while Communistsmake the air blue with denunciations of the alleged colonial-ism and imperialism of the west, they themselves have beenthe colonialists of the 20th century. FEBRUARY 1966 # A New Strategy MOSCOw CITES TWO REASONSREDS WILL RULE THE WORLD Careful analysis of recent statements by top Communistleaders here and abroad discloses that the International Com-munist Movement has a new grand strategy. Moscow leaders now believe that they can defeat theUnited States in the long run because of two specific reasons: A.They figure that we will be unable to break throughthe barriers of custom, inertia and lack of know-how in devel-oping countries in order to start these countries toward pro-ducing enough food to feed their own exploding populations.Nor do they believe that we will be able to feed expandingpopulations in these countries for long merely by growing morefood in the U.S.and giving it away. This failure, they esti-mate,will act to increase discontent among the 50 to 80 ormore percent of rural populations in the developing countrieswho are not now even in the money economy. B.Communists further figure that-powerful as we maybe -we will not be able to police all of the revolutions of"liberation"which their agents can stir up among these dis-contented majorities.Once the number of these revolutionsexceed the number we can control, they figure Communist rulewill spread like wildfire. # Positive Action Already Begun This strategy already has passed beyond the theory stageto one of practical action. The Moscow-backed revolutionarycouncil set up in Havana,Cuba,in January will mastermindthe creation of such revolutions throughout Latin America.Venezuela,Colombia, and Guatemala are high on the Commu-nists’list of prime targets. The Council will export men, money and arms to back up their revolutionary agitation. Astute freedom-loving Latin Americans have tagged forma-tion of this Havana Revolutionary Council as a Communistdeclaration of war against the Western Hemisphere. # Proposed Counter Actions Appropriate counter actions can be taken.PresidentJohnson's Honolulu meeting with South Vietnamese leaders hasset the stage for increasing f
