FAQs

What concrete requirements must be met before installing the lift?

The floor must be at least 4 inches thick with a minimum compressive strength of 3000 PSI and reinforced with steel mesh or bars per commercial practice.

What could happen if the recommended mounting surface is not provided?

Failure to provide the recommended mounting surface may result in unsatisfactory lift performance, property damage, or personal injury.

How should hydraulic oil leaks be checked on the power unit and cylinder?

For the power unit, check tank oil level by removing the bleed screw below the top of the tank; for cylinder seepage, raise the lift until the cylinder bottoms out and hold the run button for one minute to confirm whether seals are leaking.
