Recessed, wrapped cold-wall sealed wide pan opening prep tables with separate electronic temperature controls for the base and pan opening are specified for reliable cold blanketing and energy savings. Pan openings are sealed from the base to prevent product transfer between compartments, while conductive cold-wall cooling maintains pan surfaces in NSF standard 7 compliance at 41°F. Models 9148W-290, 9260W-290, and 9272W-290 use natural R290 refrigeration with independently controlled zones, adaptive defrost, sealed clean-out design, and durable stainless and ABS cabinet construction. Electrical includes 115V 60Hz single-phase pre-wiring.
