ANDRITZ BE series bucket elevators are engineered for vertical conveying of grain, granulates, pellets, and meal products in industrial processing plants. The modular design uses bottom, head, and pipe sections connected by bolted flanges, with self-support up to 30 m. Standard equipment includes a service hatch, speed guard, and belt alignment sensor, with dustproof construction for feed and biofuel duty. Technical tables define capacities, bucket types, belt widths, motor power ranges, and maximum height, supported by geared motor mounting options and surface treatment variants.

FEED AND BIOFUEL BUCKET ELEVATOR TYPE BE50-80-150-200-300-500-700 Bucket elevator Type BE50-80-150-200- 300-500-700 ANDRITZ bucket elevators are designed for vertical conveying of grain, granulates, pellets, and meal products. The bucket elevators are manufactured for industrial use in modern processing plants where a high degree of automation requires solid and reliable construction. The BE series bucket elevators are designed for high capacity – up to 270 m3/h at a maximum height of 50 m and are also designed to be dustproof to meet the requirements of a variety of feed and biofuel applications. MODULAR CONSTRUCTION The design of the BE bucket elevator is based on standard, modular elevators, which consist of a bottom, head and pipe section. The sections are connected with bolted flanges for easy mounting. The structure of the elevator is self-supporting up to 30 m but may require lateral support. STANDARD FEATURES The elevator comes with one service hatch, a speed guard and belt alignment sensor with an oil resistance belt. Pipe sections are available in lengths ranging from 0,3 – 2,0 . There are options for steel or non-metallic buckets. | TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS | | | | | | | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Type | Capacity | Bucket type | Bucket | Belt width | Motor | Max. height | | | m 3 /h | | per meter | mm | kW | at max. | | BE50 | 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 | S100-90 HDP-MD | 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 | 120 | 1.1 – 5.5 | 50 | | BE80 | 35 / 40 / 44 / 49 / 54 | S130-120 HDP-MD | 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 / 11 | 150 | 1.1 – 7.5 | 50 | | BE150 | 55 / 64 / 73 / 83 / 92 | S180-140 HDP-MD | 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 10 | 200 | 1.5 – 15 | 50 | | BE200 | 88 / 106 / 123 / 141 | S230-170 HDP-MD | 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 | 250 | 2.2 – 18.5 | 50 | | BE300 | 106 / 127 / 148 / 169 | S280-170 HDP-MD | 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 | 300 | 3.0 – 22 | 50 | | BE500 | 159 / 191 / 223 | S350-180 HDP | 5 / 6 / 7 | 370 | 4.0 – 30 | 50 | BE700 178 / 222 / 267 S370-215 HDP 4 / 5 / 6 400 5.5 – 37 50 ST-Standard bottom, SC-Self cleaning bottom.
