FAQs

How do the LED lights indicate settings and maintenance needs?

LEDs light up to show which airflow and temperature settings are being used. They also indicate when the filter needs cleaning or if there is a fault.

What should you do if all three red lights continue flashing?

Clean the filter first and follow the instructions or watch the video at dyson.com/yoursupersonic. If all three red lights still flash, contact the Dyson Helpline and do not turn the machine back on.

How often should the filter be cleaned and how should it be cleaned?

Check the filter monthly (or when the LEDs alert you). Unplug and let it cool, then remove dust and debris using a lint-free cloth or soft brush; do not use water on the filter mesh and avoid applying too much pressure.
