Driver training skills test score sheet for evaluating a driver applicant across multiple categories: preparing to drive, starting to drive, speed, vehicle operation, stopping, lane change, railroad crossings, school zones/school bus, safety position and traffic maneuvers, turns, parking/backing, and actions observed by an examiner during the drive test. Items list common faults (e.g., seat belt and hand placement, traffic checks, signals, blind spots, yielding) that earn points. Accumulation of 11 or more points results in failure, with an automatic failure condition noted.
