FAQs

How do I change the humidity setting and fan speed?

Use the Mode button to select the desired humidity setting, and use the fan speed options available for your model. In Manual Set mode, humidity can be adjusted manually.

What does the EMPTY BUCKET Light mean, and what should I do?

If the Empty bucket light comes on, the dehumidifier will not operate. Empty or adjust the bucket to restore operation.

How should I set up direct draining for continuous operation?

Attach a garden hose to the drain connector inside the dehumidifier, hand tighten, place the other end into a floor drain, and ensure the hose lies flat, is not kinked, and the drain end is lower than the unit end. Reinstall the bucket, ensuring proper alignment.
