Data Processing and Security Terms define how Web Manuals processes Customer Data as an integral part of the Software-as-a-Service Agreement. The terms set scope and key definitions, describe required processing, and establish data security measures and minimum standards to protect Customer Data against unauthorized use, access, disclosure, theft, manipulation, reproduction, and security breaches throughout the agreement term. They also allocate roles, customer obligations, subcontractor requirements, data deletion rules, and outline the customer’s monitoring rights and information-security contact responsibilities, plus an appendix covering security measures for data centers, networks, access, personnel, and subprocessors.
