FAQs

How do I assign assays in the Data Analysis Toolbox?

Use the plate layout workflow and assign assays (analytes) as part of the layout setup process described in the common views and plate layout sections. The guide also provides a specific FAQ under “Layouts.”

How can I use an assay that is not in the list?

Follow the FAQ guidance in the “Layouts” subsection, which addresses using an assay not found in the available list during plate layout configuration.

What steps are used to generate a PDF report from an analysis?

The quick start example describes importing data, importing/editing a plate layout, creating an experiment using the plate layout, and then generating a PDF report as the final step in that workflow.
