Lab 2 material for CS&SS 569 Visualizing Data and Models introduces creating reproducible documents with R Markdown and preparing outputs through LaTeX and Overleaf. The agenda covers R Markdown and homework submission, including Canvas-based file attachment, critique/remedy for analysis tasks, and a two-hour limit. The slides explain how R Markdown integrates narrative text, code chunks, and generated graphs, how knitting renders HTML/PDF/Word/Beamer, and how TEX code support and YAML configuration control final formats.
