Sep 17, 2026

Personality assessments are increasingly used in schools, job guidance, and career choice support to help individuals understand themselves and select suitable roles. This survey evaluates three measurement approaches: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test, and the Big Five Personality Model. It examines commonalities and differences, and analyzes how traits related to learning, behavior, and preferences connect to career counseling usefulness. Findings indicate partial alignment, especially for outgoing-related aspects.
