CK Series three-jaw long-stroke chuck specifications detail operating strokes of 20 mm or 40 mm and support double acting or single acting modes (normally open or normally closed). The document lists actuator conditions including compressed-air supply, allowable working pressure range, ambient temperature limits, port sizes, rod diameter, and volumetric capacity. It also provides repeatability, mass, lubrication guidance, and switch specifications (proximity 2-wire/3-wire) plus model-number ordering rules and internal parts information. Gripping power performance notes explain how jaw-length and operating direction affect thrust.

FAQs

What operating stroke lengths are available for the CK series long-stroke chuck?

The operating stroke length is 20 mm for one set of sizes and 40 mm for the other (20 mm and 40 mm are explicitly listed).

What are the working pressure and ambient temperature ranges?

Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa and min working pressure is 0.3 MPa. Ambient temperature is specified as 5°C to 60°C.

How do single-acting O and C types compare to double acting in gripping power?

O type gripping power decreases approximately 20–30% in the closed direction compared with double acting. C type gripping power decreases approximately 10–20% in the open direction compared with double acting.
