The book “Showing Generosity” supports early readers with informational-text practice at the earliest reading levels. It offers guidance for before-, during-, and after-reading through structured prompts: discuss the cover photo, explore a picture glossary, walk through the book and photos, read aloud or let the child read independently, and then reflect with questions about generosity and feelings. Generosity is modeled through a simple story about giving used books to a library so others can read them.
