BL GALAXY ELECTRICAL RU20A(Z) - High Efficiency Rectifier - Voltage Range 600 V, Current 1.5 A

Oct 12, 2026

BL GALAXY ELECTRICAL RU20A(Z) datasheet provides electrical and mechanical specifications for a high-efficiency rectifier designed for single-phase half-wave 50 Hz operation with resistive or inductive loads. Key maximum ratings include peak repetitive reverse voltage up to 600 V, maximum RMS voltage 420 V, and maximum average forward rectified current 1.5 A at a specified 9.5 mm lead length and TA = 75°C. Typical performance values include low forward voltage drop around 1.1 V at 1.5 A and junction capacitance near 50 pF. Device construction uses JEDEC DO-15L molded plastic with axial leads and cathode color-band polarity.
