This paper is a written examination of 1 hour and 30 minutes. There are no changes to this paper for Summer 2022.
There will be 88 marks available (including 3 marks for Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar (SPaG) and specialist terminology. )
Paper 2: Challenges in the Human Environment
This paper is a written examination and will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. This paper has been changed to reflect the impact of Covid and has been reduced in length and marks.
There will be 63 marks available on this paper (including 3 marks for Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar (SPaG) and specialist terminology in Section A.)
Each paper is worth 35% of the GCSE.
Paper 3: Geographical Applications
This paper will be a written examination of 1 hour. This paper has been reduce to reflect the impact of Covid and has been reduce in length and marks.
56 marks available (including 6 marks for SPaG) .
This paper will have Pre-Released Material available from 22nd March 2022.
