FAQs

How do I access pending mark approval requests?

You can access these requests by clicking the link in the notification email you receive, or by logging into the 'Submit for Assessment' platform and navigating to the 'Review pending approval requests' section on the home screen.

What happens after I approve the submitted marks?

Once approved, the system automatically selects the candidate work samples required for submission, and the Associate Centre receives an email notification confirming both the approval and the candidates selected for the sample.

What should I do if the marks submitted by an Associate Centre are incorrect?

If the marks do not meet requirements, you should select the 'Reject' option, which triggers an email notification to the Associate Centre user, who must then amend and re-submit the marks for your approval.
